Terms of Service
v1.3. Effective July 2, 2026.
The rules for using FeedParity and the FeedParity Pro subscription.
Who we are and how to reach us
FeedParity is operated by Egységmester Kft. (Egységmester Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság), a limited-liability company registered in Hungary. Company registration number: 13-09-162959. Tax number: 24291608-2-13. Registered seat: 2330 Dunaharaszti, Gyóni Géza köz 8, Hungary. Contact: hello@practicalapps.studio.
The service
FeedParity is a software-as-a-service tool that compares ecommerce product feeds against live product pages and reports possible mismatches in price, availability, currency, and URLs, with screenshot evidence.
A free scan checks a limited sample. The Full Scan Report is a one-time paid product ($19, excluding tax) that runs a deep scan across your entire feed (up to 250 products) and delivers the report immediately after payment. FeedParity Pro is a recurring paid subscription that adds scheduled, ongoing daily monitoring and email alerts. Both paid products are digital services delivered without human intervention.
Reports are informational only. FeedParity does not guarantee advertising approval, marketplace listing, ranking, revenue, or compliance outcomes — you remain solely responsible for reviewing each finding before acting on it. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
B2B and B2C — who these terms apply to
FeedParity is primarily intended for businesses, merchants, and professionals (B2B use). If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) resident in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply in addition to these terms and cannot be excluded.
Where these terms differ from mandatory consumer rights, the consumer rights prevail. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal is addressed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Payments, purchases and billing
All prices are shown net (excluding tax). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions: Stripe is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable VAT, GST, and other taxes on your behalf. The final amount charged — net price plus any applicable local tax — is shown on the Stripe Checkout page before you confirm payment.
The Full Scan Report is a one-time purchase: you pay once and the deep scan runs and is delivered immediately, with no recurring charge and no subscription.
FeedParity Pro is billed monthly in advance at the net price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@practicalapps.studio. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Fees already paid — whether for the one-time Full Scan Report or for a FeedParity Pro month — are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use FeedParity only for URLs and feed data you are authorised to evaluate. You must not submit credentials, customer personal data, or content intended to bypass access controls, and you must not use the service in a way that overloads or disrupts third-party websites.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service for unlawful purposes, or permit any third party to do so.
Intellectual property
FeedParity, its software, brand, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Egységmester Kft. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you.
Your input data (feed URLs, product URLs) and the reports generated specifically for you remain yours. You grant us the limited, non-exclusive licence necessary to process your data, run the service, and store and display your reports to you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Egységmester Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary or punitive losses or damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, business, or business opportunities, or any business interruption, in each case whether or not foreseeable and regardless of the form of action or theory of liability, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these terms or the service is limited to the total fees you actually paid to us in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, for gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory Hungarian or EU law. Nothing in this section limits any liability or rights that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law where the customer is a consumer.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be notified on this page with an updated version number and effective date, and where required by law we will give you advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms or for legal or operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their EU country of habitual residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
