Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, refunds, and consumer withdrawal rights work for the one-time Full Scan Report and FeedParity Pro.
What you can buy
FeedParity offers two paid products: (1) the Full Scan Report — a one-time purchase that runs a deep scan of your feed and is delivered immediately; and (2) FeedParity Pro — a recurring monthly subscription for ongoing monitoring and alerts. This policy covers both.
Cancellation (FeedParity Pro)
You can cancel FeedParity Pro at any time: (1) from your account settings, or (2) by emailing hello@practicalapps.studio with your registered email address and requesting cancellation.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period. Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as stated below.
The Full Scan Report is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel: once purchased, the scan runs and the report is delivered.
EU/UK right of withdrawal — digital-content exception
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and equivalent UK law, consumers normally have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons.
For digital services that begin immediately upon purchase — this applies to BOTH the one-time Full Scan Report and FeedParity Pro — at checkout you are asked to (a) explicitly consent to the service starting immediately, and (b) acknowledge that by giving this consent you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has commenced. This is the standard digital-content exception under Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. For the Full Scan Report the service commences as soon as the deep scan starts running after payment.
If the service has not yet commenced (for Pro, you have not started using it; for the Full Scan Report, the scan has not yet begun), you may still exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@practicalapps.studio. In that case, we will refund the relevant payment within 14 days.
Exceptional refunds
Outside the withdrawal window, refunds are at our discretion and typically granted only if a material technical fault on our side prevented delivery of the service and we were unable to remedy it within a reasonable time. For the Full Scan Report, this means, for example, that the paid deep scan failed to run and could not be re-run. Contact hello@practicalapps.studio to discuss.
Payments and chargebacks
Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. Stripe handles applicable VAT/taxes and issues invoices. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact hello@practicalapps.studio first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in service suspension.
B2B customers
If you purchase the Full Scan Report or FeedParity Pro in the course of your business or profession, the EU consumer withdrawal right does not apply, and fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated here or required by applicable law.
